Ultra Low Cost Bluetooth 6.0 Module
BM15C is a Nordic nRF54L15 BLE 6.0 module with a Cortex M33 MCU at 128 MHz. Size is 10.0x14.0x2.0 mm. A 32 MHz, -40C to +105C, 20PPM crystal is integrated. DCDC converter Inductors and capacitors for VDD are integrated.
A small shipment of BM15M and BM15C samples with Rev B silicon will arrive in Scottsdale in the week of Nov. 25th. Additional samples will arrive on about December 10th.
The estimated certification date is mid-January. Certified modules will be available in March 2025. Large quantities of modules without certification marks will be available in January 2025, advanced order with prepayment.
BM15C is footprint upgradeable to BMH20C, an nRF54H20 module, and WM02C15C, an nRF54L15 and nRF7002 WiFi 6 combo module.
